Robert's Most Yum Veggie Sausage & Gravy

Ingredients
1 sixteen ounce package of Veggie Sausage
4 tablespoons of corn oil

2 tablespoons of corn oil
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 cups of rice milk
Kosher salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste

Procedure
Heat (medium high) the oil in a frying pan.
Form sausage patties and cook them in the pan until they are browned on both sides.

Heat (medium high) the oil in a frying pan.
Add the flour and stir rapidly, forming a light brown roux.
Add the milk, 1/2 cup at a time. Use a whisk and completely incorporate the flour and milk.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Robert's Most Yum Toasted Pine Nuts and Melted Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
4 ounces of pine nuts
4 ounces of dark chocolate

In a toaster oven set at 375 degrees (F), heat the pine nuts until they are slightly browned.

In a double boiler, heat the water to simmering.
Add the chocolate and melt, stirring constantly with a spoon or small spatula.

To serve
In a small bowl or ramekin, add 2 ounces of the pine nuts and cover with 2 ounces of the melted chocolate.

Serves two very lucky people!
